Using Pastebot Sync
Once Pastebot and Pastebot Sync are registered, using Pastebot Sync is simple. Just run Pastebot on your device and a blue connection status line should appear in the app. The Pastebot Sync menubar icon will also turn blue 
to signify an active connection.
When Pastebot is running, anything you copy will automatically be sent to your device. Keep in mind that Pastebot only reads text and images.
Copying Text to Pastebot:
To copy text to Pastebot, just select the text and click "Copy" from the Edit menu on your Mac.
Copying Images to Pastebot:
To copy an image to Pastebot, open the image in an image editor or viewer (Preview for example), select the image and copy.
You may also select images inside documents and copy or right(control)-click an image in your web browser and select copy. Images will instantly be pushed to your device.
Pasting Back to your Mac:
Pasting text and images back to your Mac is a matter of pressing down and holding on a clipping for a moment. A checkbox will appear along with an audible tone to signify your clipping has been sent to your Mac.
Remember: Just like pasting a clipping on your Mac, your cursor needs to be focused in an application that accepts text or image pastes.
