I was getting the error about multiple streams as well. I deleted my account in tweetbot (it had been added automatically during the first run setup) and added it manually. Now, my streaming works.

Just downloaded for iPad 3 – great app
Deleted the cumbersome twitter for iPad as a result :-)

Wondered if tweets longer than 140 characters is possible? This seems to be only limitation.

It would be nice, if users (with multiple twitter accounts) could handle the “favorites” like the “retweets”. When I want to RT a tweet I push the button for a while and then I can select from which account the RT will be published.
Unfortunately the “favorite” function works only with the active account and it’s not possible to choose which account should fave this tweet.

Since there are many ways to use favored tweets it would be nice to select the account.

Unfortunately there are bugs in the german translation in the newest version. Seeing asian (korean or japanese) characters.

I had the concurrent streams issue as well with one account. I had to make Tweetbot log back into twitter to fix it. It prompted me to login when I tried to turn on notifications.

I am having the same trouble with concurent streams message.
I have only 1 copy of app running on 1 IPad. There are no other streams to close down

I’m having the same problems as Jeff. What was the “solution” that you sent him?

I’m running iOS5.1 on the third-gen iPad. Tweetbot is the only thing accessing my Twitter feed, and I have no other accounts or devices. Only became an issue after updating to the latest version to pickup retina functionality.
