Convertbot and Convertbot Mini 1.1 Released
A few hours ago Apple approved the latest release of Convertbot and our first release of Convertbot Mini. You can read about Converbot 1.1 in some of the previous posts, or better yet go download a copy.
Convertbot Mini is Convertbot’s FREE little brother. Same UI that everyone loves, just fewer units and categories. Did I mention FREE? Anyways, go download a copy now! Even if you already own Convertbot, you can show your support by downloading his little brother and writing a review!

I downloaded Convertbot 1.1. It just gets better.
Thanks!
I love your apps! My personal request is for more Central/South American currencies, particularly those of Guatemala and Ecuador. I travel there frequently and would love to ditch my standalone currency converter. Thanks for listening and for making great products. p.s. anxiously awaiting Weighbot update also.
@Donna, unless I’m missing something Guatemala should use the US Dollar as its currency. Ecuador uses Quetzal which is supported in 1.1
Ok, 1.1 very nice but still no British (Imperial) pint, despite there being Imperial gallon. Please fix this.
@Chris British Pint is in 1.1
Nice to see a free version. Although as a full Convertbot user I only can say: buy the big one, 99 cents are not that much and v1.1 is really big!
Hi, I already wrote those suggestions on TUAW’s website but maybe it’s more appropriate here.
I would like to see movie Frames to seconds conversion for movie creator. I just know a small desktop utility who does this and will be welcome on the iPhone.
Also, as a musician, I often miss a simple measures/bpm to minute-second converter. Example : I have a tune of 45 measures of 4 beats each at 120 bpm, how long is the tune? It sound original but how much useful.
What do you think ?
Thanks and congratulations for your great design.
Fantastic update guys! I just wrote a quick review on my blog. Well done!
Apologies. I now have found Imperial pints. Didn’t realise I had to go into settings to enable it after the upgrade.
Once again, great app, thanks.
Have you considered adding game points to the currency converter? I’d love to see MS Points (for xbox) added. I know there are standalone apps for this but they offend my design sensibilities.
